Ballina Business Centre is a managed small business incubator for Ballina's local community. Operating since 1993 it was specifically designed to assist people wanting to start a new or already operating business. Some tenants retail as well as manufacture from their units.The premises incorporates 12 units all zoned light industrial. The units are around 40m2 in size and there is a common room for general use. Access to photcopying, fax, computer, internet and e-mail services are available on a fee for service basis at NORTEC Ballina office, 10 Endeavour Close, Ballina. There is also offroad parking available.
