Byron Creative is a managed small business incubator for Byron Bay's local community operating since 1999. It was specifically designed to assist people wanting to grow a new or already operating business. A number of tenants retail as well as manufacture from their units. The premises incorporate 15 units: two office units, 11 light industrial units at 45m2, one at 132m2, and one at 73m2. A business information centre, training room and common room are located upstairs. Access to photocopying, fax, computer, internet and e-mail services are available on a fee for service basis. There is offroad parking.
