How long will it take for you to supply me with candidates?

NORTEC Recruitment aims to provide a shortlist of suitable candidates within 48 hours of you lodging the vacancy with us. If you have a difficult to fill position, this will be negotiated between yourself and our Business Representative.

How do you source candidates that will be suitable for my business?

NORTEC Recruitment has a database of several thousand people who are actively seeking work in our region. We use this database to document each person’s skills, abilities and experience so that we can match them to suitable vacancies, using the employer’s selection criteria. We simply invoice you weekly at a very reasonable rate. They can provide any-industry staff for your business, all our labour hire staff have been skills tested and carefully screened.
