NORTEC Training has developed a number of resources that are available for purchase or are able to be licensed for use by other organisations.
Workshop delivery resources
NORTEC Training has a range of resources suitable for use in workshop delivery for a variety of programs. Whilst our success has been underpinned by the charisma and ability of our facilitators, our workshop materials are readily able to be used by any qualified presenter.

Employment Services 
NORTEC Training is immensely experienced in the delivery of training from the Certificate IV in Employment Services in workshop format. Our workshops have evolved over five years of delivery to organisations throughout Australia. We offer half-day, one-day or two-day workshop formats.

Employment Focus (Employability Skills Training)
NORTEC Training has designed an innovative course covering the ‘soft’ skills needed for employment, designed for job seekers. These soft skills are aligned to the Employability Skills Framework and involve a combination of workshop presentations and group practical activities. It is a 30-hour program, usually conducted over 6 days.

Learner Guides
NORTEC Training has developed a number of learner guides for units of competency from the Community Services Training Package.
These resources may be purchased either electronically (in .pdf format) or printed and bound. If you supply your organisation’s logo, this can be inserted on the front cover of each guide.
These guides are all copyright protected and may not be modified in anyway without permission. Please read and observe the copyright notice in the front of each guide. Assessment resources
NORTEC Training also has a range of validated assessment tools available for purchase. These resources are able to be modified by the licensee where requested. These resources are usually provided in .doc format.

Licensing Arrangements
In providing its materials for purchase or licensing, NORTEC Training expects that organisations will act in good faith in complying with the terms of our licensing agreement. Any evidence of a breach of copyright will be referred to our lawyers for advice and matters may be referred to the Copyright Agency Ltd.
Our licensing arrangements seek to provide a mutually beneficial arrangement where NORTEC Training provides high-quality, low-cost resources and receives fair compensation for the development, maintenance, production and distribution costs.

Resource Development
NORTEC Training’s training developers are able to develop training resources upon request, including resources for nationally recognised units of competency. If training resources are not available through other suppliers or existing resources do not have a satisfactory level of industry focus, we can design resources specifically for you or your industry.
